I’m Kelsey, and I’ve always been drawn to traditional living—but with my own unconventional spin. At my core, I am a steward of space, of energy, of nourishment. I see the potential in exactly what’s in front of me, always. My work isn’t about perfection; it’s about flow—about creating environments that sustain, restore, and elevate. Whether through food, space, or daily rhythms, I help people cultivate balance in a way that feels natural, intuitive, and deeply supportive.
I’ve refined this approach through my own life—packing up and moving across the world, learning what is truly essential, and designing my days with intention. I know what it feels like to be ungrounded, to adjust to spaces built by others rather than claiming one that reflects who you are. And I know the transformation that happens when you step into a space that fully supports you.
My retreats are the natural evolution of this work. Guests experience what it feels like to wake up in an environment designed for clarity, to move through a day where every choice is intentional, and to eat food that nourishes not just the body but the mind and spirit. This isn’t just a retreat—it’s an invitation to reset. To build a life where what you give and what you receive are in alignment. For those looking to reclaim their time, space, and energy—this is the foundation.
In 2023, I wrote and self-published Feeding Wisdom. It wasn’t just a cookbook—it was my first attempt at making sense of something messy. It was raw, unedited, and deeply personal. For the first time, I put my story on paper—not in polished prose, but in the way I knew best: using food as my guide. I didn’t write it to be perfect. I wrote it because it was true. And printing it, sharing it, was the first step toward what came next. Without it, I don’t think the retreats would exist. That book was me digesting my own story. Now, I help others do the same.
I believe that true well-being comes from digesting everything we take in—not just food, but experiences, emotions, and beliefs. Cooking became my way of processing life, helping me understand what I truly needed.
In 2021, I launched Kelsey Duckett Consulting, LLC, a professional organizing business—an attempt to package something innate to me into a structured profession. I thought that’s what I ‘should’ do: take what came naturally and fit it into a marketable service. But while setting up a business required effort, organizing never did. The truth is, I’ve never had to try to be organized—I just am. It’s who I am at my core. I’m the person who will add support to your day without realizing it, not because I’m obsessed with order, but because I see how things can align with a space’s or person’s highest potential. I see possibilities in exactly what’s in front of me, always.
I slowly realized my best work wasn’t in selling perfect-looking spaces—it was in helping people create environments that reflected their transitions, inner and external. My clients weren’t just organizing; they were shifting, evolving, making space for what came next. And that’s where I thrived.
My work became less about spaces—it became about the people; emotions, experiences who move through them. Just as nourishing myself through food grounded and metabolized my own healing, I saw how creating functional, intentional spaces gave my clients the clarity and ease they needed to process their own lives. The shifts weren’t just external; they were felt on every level. The relief, the lightness, the unspoken exhale that comes when a space finally supports you—that’s the work. Through organizing, I created environments that didn’t just reflect my clients' needs; they helped them feel seen, supported, and ready to step forward.
My retreats are the natural evolution of this work. Instead of organizing physical spaces, I now hold space for people to experience what it feels like to live in balance. The clarity that comes from a well-tended environment, the nourishment that allows for deeper grounding, the shifts that happen when we have room to breathe—it’s all connected. And that ripple effect, the one that lingers long after I’ve left a space, is what this work has always been about.
Looking back, I see how everything was connected—learning to digest my own struggles, using food as medicine, creating order in the external world to bring peace to the internal one. After publishing my cookbook, I realized my work wasn’t just about food or organization—it was about transformation. Feeding Wisdom Retreats became the next evolution of this journey—a space where nourishment, clarity, and healing come together to help others realign with themselves.
